Terms of Service
Agreement and accounts
These terms govern use of Bomuno on the web and in its mobile apps. A company agrees to these terms when it creates an organization or uses Bomuno. A person agrees when signing up or using the service. Accounts must verify their email address before creating an organization. A verified account may create or belong to multiple organizations. Users must provide accurate information, protect their sign-in method and device, and use only the organization workspaces and records they are authorized to access.
What Bomuno provides
Bomuno provides tools for employee records, access, time and attendance, payroll readiness, schedules and assignments, announcements, messages, and related HR work. Features depend on the organization's configuration and each person's permissions. Bomuno does not employ the customer's workforce, make employment decisions, send wages, file taxes, or act as the customer's accountant or legal adviser. The customer remains responsible for employment decisions, payroll approval and payment, filings, legal compliance, and the accuracy of information entered into the service.
Customer responsibilities
A company must invite only people it is authorized to manage, assign appropriate roles, keep administrator access current, configure work sites and pay rules accurately, review payroll-ready results before acting on them, and give its workforce any notices or choices required by law. The customer is responsible for its own retention, monitoring, employment, tax, and payroll duties.
Acceptable use and confidential records
Users may not access another company's data, bypass permissions or screen-capture controls, impersonate another person, share confidential workforce records without authorization, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, probe it without permission, or use it to violate employment, privacy, intellectual-property, or other laws. Mobile capture blocking is an additional safeguard, not permission to copy information by another method and not a guarantee that every device can prevent capture.
Free launch and service changes
Bomuno is free during launch. No card, payment, subscription purchase, sales contact, or founder approval is required to create an organization or use the available workforce features. Paid subscriptions are not active during this launch. Any future paid offering will have its pricing and terms presented separately. Security, membership, and permission requirements continue to apply, and access may be suspended for security risk, unlawful use, or material breach.
Support and communications
Signed-in users can create trackable support requests for product questions, technical problems, billing questions, privacy requests, and feedback. Requests and replies are visible to authorized Bomuno personnel and may trigger an email notification so the team can respond. Questions about pay, leave, discipline, schedules, or other workplace decisions must be directed to the user's company. Service, security, billing, and legal notices may be sent through Bomuno or to the account email address.
Customer data and privacy
The customer retains its rights in customer data and authorizes us to process it to operate, secure, support, and improve Bomuno. Each party must protect the other party's confidential information and use it only for the service relationship. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling, and our Security page describes current safeguards and their limits.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Bomuno dependable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, network failures, provider incidents, or events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Bomuno is provided without implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to fees the affected customer paid for Bomuno during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. A limitation does not apply where applicable law does not allow it.
Ending use and contacting us
A company may stop using Bomuno at any time during free launch. We may terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, or serious security risk. Provisions about confidentiality, data, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination where their nature requires it.
